GEC embedded university plan
　Embedded university plan is a long-term strategic plan of Guangdong Province Embedded Software technology Center in Guangdong Province, aim at training the more embedded technical project personnel for China, through providing the leading technical plan and the technical support to domestic famous universities.
　Guangdong Province Embedded Software technology Center as a embedded technology popularized enterprise of Guangdong Province, actively make great efforts for college in embedded teaching experiment and scientific research development, accumulated a complete set of valuable experience which is fit for university teaching and the scientific research in the long-term cooperation process, after passed through our effective training, in the shortest time can let teachers and students are familiar with embedded technology, and carry on development and application.
　Embedded university plan’s content:
　1. Uniting with university, carries on project co-operation such as teaching, scientific research , enterprise development and application, our center has embedded teaching material and project development experiment, can provide a complete set of curriculum design support for university;
　2. Establishes embedded technical union training center, carries on embedded technical specialized knowledge, development and application training to teachers, students and enterprise engineers;
　3. Establishes a talent bank for all of students who participate in the embedded technical training, in order to embedded professional can have reasonable application;
　4. Provides software and hardware development tools with preferential price for universities / research institutions, assists to build embedded laboratory and technical support;
　5. Holds some embedded seminars and design competition, providing the related technical data and the newest development tools information to teachers, students, and enterprise engineers, and encourages and rewards student's creativity, will promote them to study knowledge and apply in practice.
　Embedded union laboratory:
　Embedded series development board is favored deeply by the domestic university teacher, have many universities to use our tools to carry on scientific research project development and teaching, like South China University of Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou University, Guilin University of Technology, …… Guangdong Province Embedded Software Technology Center will always support Chinese University education vigorously.
　GEC college plan will choose 50 universities in the nation to establish union laboratory, to enhance university embedded personnel training and teachers’ embedded level of scientific research.
　All of union laboratory have the following rights:
　1）Hangs coppery laboratory mark, registers in Guangdong Province embedded software technology center website;
　2）Carries on free technical training to laboratory teachers, certain quota of laboratory teachers can participate in Guangdong Province Embedded Software Technology Center’s embedded technical training class in each place;
　3） Presents some experimental equipment, carries on further cooperation in industry, academia, research;
　4）First considered recommends laboratory graduate to practice in the enterprise;

　Embedded technical union training center:
　GEC relies on abundant technical strength, in December, 2005 formally subscribe cooperation agreement with IBM, INTEL, becomes IBM and INTEL authorization training center in China, develops embedded training service in Chinese various areas. All of GEC training lecturers have the specialty technical training, and obtains training lecturer qualification authentication certificate. GEC training course setting is advanced and scientific, has special different application courses for software development, hardware development, operation system and chip design. Students can directly participate in the global synchronization of the newest embedded technology training courses, and obtain training graduation certificate which is issued union by Guangdong software association and Guangdong 　Province Embedded Software Technology Center.
　GEC embedded college plan meaning is to build union training center with colleges.
