TX-I/O input/output module

Description
TX-I/O is series I/O module which collect power source communication module in GEC-BAS system.
TX-I/O product including 8 kind of I/O modules,standardized TX-I/O power source, bus connection module and bus interface module. TX-I/O module for GEC-BAS system which based on TX-I/O the technical has provided input output spot. In addition, this module points' distribution is more reasonable, has provided enormous flexibility and better user-friendly operation for many kinds of signal combination.

Characteristic
TX-I/O bus simultaneously transport power and communication signal, can expand 50 meters most greatly.
Heat inserted and drawn electronic building brick permit to disconnect and replace electriferous parts of an apparatus when does not throw off terminal wire or disturb bus.
Considering users can have custom-made lab by themselves, label in the module is transportable.
LED indicating lamp in the module provides condition instruction and dynamic information for point of module.
All of TX-I/O module have:
High density layout (physics distance of each point is very slightly)
Hardware uses address code as label, separates with terminal module and insert I/O module, improves erection work flow, permits field wiring accomplish before electronic device setting.
Best diagnosis: linked external instrumentation can be surveyed, doesn’t influence or be influenced by I/O module.。

Module introduction:
C-BUS bus power source communication interface module (TXHW-C-BUS)

C-BUS bus power source communication interface module provides C-BUS expansion level communication and power source for TX-I/O module. It does not contain application or control to TX-I/O module.
Characteristic:
C-BUS expansion level bus communication.
Supports 80 TX-I/O points, supports 10 I/O modules.
24VAC input, producing 600mA,24VDC provides power source for TX-I/O module and external instrumentation.
Transferring 4A, MAX 24Vav to power external instrumentation, inserted spiral plug, if overload or short circuit, alternating fuse shuts off immediately power supply to external instrumentation. The following text operation have separately independent LED display: Regarding module operation, communication condition, On TX-I/O bus 24VDC power supply state display and as to 24VAC fuse monitoring.
Digital input module (TXH8D and TXH16D)

TXH8D and TXH16D devote separately to 8 and 16 DI monitoring. They through often open (NO) or often close point (NC) signal condition monitoring, control module dry contact make and break condition. On TXM1.8D module 8 DI points and 8 points of 16 DI points on TXM1.16D module can by used 10 Hz pulse counter. Each input point has a green LED indicating lamp to display work state.
Digital output module (TXH6R and TXH6R-M)


Digital output module provides 6 often open (NO) or often close (NC), continuously or pulse passive dry contact signal. These dry contact can hold the maximum electric quantity is: 4A,250VAC. Each I/O point has a LED state indicating lamp. TXH6R-M also has manually managed switch. Each manually managed switch has an orange LED indicating lamp to display every point work state.
General module (TXH8U and TXH8U-ML)


TXH8U and TXH8U-ML are general modules, permit 8 points separately to be possible to take DI, AI or AO according to the different situation need.
Characteristic
all of general modules can provide:
Power source supply: for example provide alternating voltage for valve and driver such external instrumentation.
Each I/O point has a green LED indicating light, its brightness according to voltage and electric current, if change synchronization change.
Digital input support includes:
Passive voltage/dry contact 25 Hz pulse counter
Analog input sensor support includes:
1k platinum – 375 and 385 coefficient
10k and 100k thermistor - II type curve
1k nickel type curve
Active input and output support includes
Analog input voltage between 0-10VDC
Analog output voltage between 0-10VDC
Attention: When connecting sensor extract power source from this module, active input and output is allowed to place in the same module. When connecting sensor must supply power by exterior, active input and output must place in independent module.
TXM1.8U-ML module also has local liquid crystal display setting(LOID),LCD display each point following information: disposition signal type, process value related demonstration misoperation, short-circuits or sensor open circuit alarm message; orange LED indicating lamp separately expresses each point active status.
Super general module (TXH8X and TXH8X-ML)


TXH8X and TXH8X-ML super general module has all general module characteristic, and provides:
Analog input electric current 4-20 mA
Analog output electric current 4-20 mA (each module are most 4 electric current outputs: On 5th to 8th point)
Each module maximum output value is 200mA, most provides 24 VDC supply voltage to sensor.
Attention: When connecting sensor extract power source from this module, active input and output is allowed to place in the same module. When connecting sensor must supply power by exterior, active input and output must place in independent module.
