Design goal:
　According to digital video conference system demand, need realize following several main functions:
　1、Discussion , speaking and carry on video display
　2、64 languages simultaneous interpretation function
　3、Highly effective voting function
　4、Conference registration function
　5、Real-time material display function　
　6、Camera automatic tracking function
　Topology
　This digit conference system make up of by PC server，digital conference host, conference chairman unit, conference representation unit and conference translation unit, information transmission relies on TCP/IP network, its structure as shown in Figure 1.

　PC server: Management software must install in the server which be loaded with the Server2000 operating system, server gathering video flow, carries on long-distance network transmission, long-distance management conference system, realizes long-distance audio conference between two places independent system.
　Conference host: 1、Transforms images which are gathered by camera , images and sounds which transmit through different places to data stream, sends out various units through network wire; 2、Processes instruction request which is sent by various units, unification reassignment;
　Conference chairman, representative unit: Gathers scene sound，control signal and audio signal gather and transform to data stream through this equipment, finally carries on processing through network wire sending-out conference host.
　Conference translation unit: Let translator carry on scene translation, then transmit to host , send varies units by host, let people who attend a meeting choose the suitable language channel.
　Camera: Gathers the scene image, connects conference host.
　Projecting apparatus: watches conference image.
　Sound box: listens to the conference sound.
