Midea water heater constant temperature valve control system
 Project research significance
 In the modern water heater control plan, is mainly by the scene control primarily. The most general the simplest method is uses control knob on the water heater panel to control water valve cold water and hot water proportion, achieves temperature control. This method often adjust inaccurately, is easy to appear too cold or too hot situation
Uses electronic control, the user only need press a key simply through remote control, can realize water temperature adjustment, simpleness and convenience, cannot appear too cold or too hot situation. Uses remote control also make water heater installment to be simpler, needn’t to consider whether hand can touch, more on the safe side.
 This project main characteristic
 1. Main core chip uses Atmel AT89S51 series 8-bitMCU;
 2. Uses remote control to be safe and convenient;
 3. Uses stepping motor fine adjustment to realize temperature control.

 Main composition module
 1 Main module includes remote controller,central processor,stepping motor control module,infrared receive module, audio-prompt module.

 1. System fixed working voltage:220VAC /50HZ
 2. system may adapt voltage scope: 170~270VAC
 3. Environment temperature:-20~+90℃
 4. Relative humidity:above 95%RH(when room temperature 25℃)
 5. Memory temperature range:-40~80℃
 6. Leakage protection working current:: 7.5mA~15mA,operating time is smaller than 0.1S
 7. Temperature control scope:20~50℃  
 8. Adjustment precision:between 34~42℃, the deviation is not bigger than 3℃
 9. Response time: namely the time from establish to arrive adjustment is not bigger than 3s
